Brochures

Below are examples of brochures I've worked on solely. Some include professional photography, some include stock photography that I would have been responsible for acquiring. Some of the stock photography would then have been altered, provided the license allowed image manipulation. All were done with some combination of Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and a few with Quark.

Websites

While professional programmers are best suited to handle the back end code to a site, I think it's important for a designer to understand as much about the code as they can. I believe it improves the relationship between the client, the design, and the subsequent handling of that design by programmers. I have experience with static sites using both tables (old school) and now some CSS (i.e., this website), as well as experience designing site templates later given to programmers so they could add the functionality to the site. Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver were used on all of these examples.

 

The first row of thumbnails represents five samples of work I did while working at a company called B2Port. These designs, some static, some database driven, were all done for a company whose primary focus was hosting and designing database driven websites and writing the proprietary code associated with the sites designed.

 

The second row includes my more recent foray into the world of CSS, as well as two other static sites that are just old enough to still be employing a table-based layout. Descriptions of each site are found once the thumbnail is clicked.

Logo samples can be found under the first thumbnail in the following row. Followed by some Photoshop examples. There is a website shown in the third thumbnail which highlights my one attempt at photography. The fourth thumbnail shows some examples of Flash, and the final thumb is just for fun.
